تناول البحث دراسة (جماليات السرد في لوحات جيورجيوني) و ماهية السرد وجماليته وتنوع مفاهيمه خلال فترة عصر النهضة بشكل عام واعمال الفنان جيورجيوني بشكل خاص. وطرحت من خلال البحث تساؤلات مثل ما هي جماليات السرد في لوحات جيورجيوني و هل تعد السردية جزءاً هاماً من أعمال جيورجيوني لما لها من أهمية في التعرف على أحد أعلام فترة عصر النهضة كون قليل من الباحثين أهتموا بالسرد في الرسسم الا انهم لم يتوسعوا بتحليل أعمال جيوجوني مما شكل فراغ في المكتبة العربية. وأهتمت الدراسة بالفترة الزمنية من (1500 – 1510) لأعمال جيورجوني والمنفذة على الكانفاس (Canvas) أو الخشب او (Panel) وقد تناول البحث مفاهيم الجمال والسرد بشكل فلسفي من خلال مفهوم (الجمال فلسفيا وفنيا والجمال في عصر النهضة بين الدين والواقعية ) وقد جمعت عينة البحث من مجموعة من المصادر العالمية والمواقع الاكترونية بهدف تحليلها والحصول على اجابات تساؤلات البحث وخلص البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات حول السرد في أعمال الفنان جيورجوني.
