Abstract

This research deals with the phenomenon of Conspiralogy in Contemporary art, by studying the impact of conspiracy theories on the visual and aesthetic production of artworks, and aims to analyze how this phenomenon is embodied in the visual arts, by reviewing the philosophical concepts associated with it, and its relationship to the social and political changes that were reflected in visual creativity; In particular, the research reviews a group of artistic models that employed conspiracy theories as a pivotal element in shaping their connotations, with a focus on analyzing the aesthetic and expressive systems that were used to convey ideas related to power, deception, and alternative truth. The research also discusses the critical and aesthetic effects of this phenomenon, asking whether it enhances critical thinking or reproduces illusions.
