Instrumentalization operation in Contemporary Visual Art

InstrumentalizationAbstract
The current research, entitled "The Functions of Computing in Contemporary Art," comprises four chapters. The first chapter addresses the methodological framework, including the research problem, which seeks to answer the following question: "What are the intellectual roots of the idea of transforming the human being into a means, and how is the body reproduced as a formative medium in new artistic practices? What are the implications of this transformation in a world dominated by consumerism and the commodification of humanity?" It then discusses the importance and necessity of the research, its objective, its limitations, and the definition of terms. The second section addresses the theoretical framework of the research, including the impact of computing on art and its functions in contemporary art, specifically "pure consumption." The researcher then extracts the indicators resulting from this theoretical framework. Chapter Three included the research procedures, analysis, and research sample (comprising two models), as well as the research instrument and methodology used. Section Four presented the results and their discussion.
