ان البحث الموسوم يسلط الضوء على الرمز الذي قد شغل اهتمام المشتغلين بالفن والتربية الفنية وذلك لان الفن بالنسبة للمتعلم وسيلة يعبر فيها عن افكاره ومشاعره وعواطفه وهو المنفذ لمخيلته الحية وينشط الفكر. فالقدرة التعبيرية لا تحيا الا في الخطوط والرموز والاشكال والالوان وايقاعاتها والحوادث التي يعرضها العمل لذلك ان العلاقة بين الموضوع وبين الانفعال المعبر عنه ليست علاقة وسيلة بغاية، بل هي علاقة عنصرين يدعم كل منهما الاخر داخل كل مترابط حيث يعزز الرمز هذه العلاقة. فقد تحددت مشكلة البحث بالسؤال:( ماهي الرموز الشعبية وانعكاسها في التعبير الفني لدى طلبات المرحلة الثانوية)، اما الفصل الثاني تضمن مبحث الرمز وعلاقته بالتعبير الفني وينتهي بالدراسات السابقة، اما الفصل الثالث فقد اختارت الباحثة عينة قصدية انتقائية، ومن خلال استمارة التحليل توصلت لأهم النتائج، والاستنتاجات، والتوصيات، والمقترحات.
