Abstract

The research deals with the concept of representative performance by a
contemporary actor. And his closeness to the performance of the marionette, at
(GORDON GRAIG) director , This requirement is considered one of the most
important demands in the development of the abilities of his actors in the theatrical
performance so that they are far from the traditional performance and the daily
performance of the physical movement, and It also demands a systematic, nonrandom movement that carries with it a philosophies of expressions filled with ideological and philosophical Meanings, through self-revelation and transformation into a flexible and obedient body. and production of a performance system is achieved through the educated and conscious body. Through exercise and putting it in the context of practical and scientific work on stage, In view of the above, this research dealt with three chapters, in first chapter the methodology of research, including the problem of research, which consisted of the Questions about the representations of the marionette speech in the performance of the theatrical actor and their importance and impact. . Chapter II (Conceptual framework) also dealt with two topics . the first (GORDON GRAIG) ( Speech of theoritizing) and The second is the representative and the marionette (performance approach) and then the indicators of the theoretical framework, The third chapter included the search procedures and the selection of the display (migration of wooden birds) by a deliberate choice. And then analyze the sample and come up with the most important results. The research concluded with a list of sources and references. key words ( Representations ,Speech , Marionette)
